Using the Update Feature
Identity Patrol features an automatic update feature that will check for any new identity threats on a regular basis. You can set this automated update feature on a 1 to 23 hour basis. You can also turn on and off the update feature if you want be unchecking the box as shown below in the screen shot You can also check manually for any updates that are available by clicking the UPDATE button.
It is important to keep your Identity Patrol threat definitions current to ensure up to date protection.
